Our Stadium

Inkersall Road Stadium is a well developed and friendly place to watch and play your football.

Located on Inkersall Road in the Chesterfield suburb of Staveley, the ground has undergone major development over the last decade, making it one of the jewels of step 6 non-league football.

There is front of clubhouse parking for 80 cars plus 4-disabled spaces and an overspill car park for 80 cars off the main car park and a further 80-spaces in our Juniors car park just a short walk to/from the ground

As well as an excellently maintained and annually tested 3G playing surface, the ground has 4 covered stands. Two are standing, one fully seated for 170-spectators and one a purpose Eldery & Disabled fully air conditioned/heated stand with 24 seats.

There is a licensed club house with 5-Star Food Hygiene showing SKY TV and TNT Sport, where you can enjoy hot and cold food and is available for hire as a venue for private functions.

There's a club shop fully stocked with over 10,000 Programmes for sale, the 12 England 1966 Finalists players replica shirts individually signed by all but one of the players. Described by many as “one of the best NLS Programme shops around".

There is an outside 'cafe-culture' style area to enjoy the game in the open air.

The changing rooms too have recently undergone a major upgrade, making Inkersall Road a joy to visit and play at for everyone.

We have recently undertook a Classroom Conversion where BTEC Sports Coaching Course will start in September 2024.

With the security and redevelopment of the junior pitches at our training ground in Chantry Park, just 200 yards further down the road, Staveley MWFC has many exciting plans for the future on and off the pitch!

Directions

From the North: Exit the M1 at Junction 29a, then take the 3rd exit at the roundabout (right to go under the motorway). Then take the 3rd exit (right) at the second roundabout and take the first exit at the next roundabout (Straight on) onto Erin Road, then after approximately 1.6 miles turn left onto Cemeterey Lane (under a bridge) then right onto Inkersall Road and the ground is 100 yards away on your left.

From the South: As above but missing out the first roundabout instruction.

From Chesterfield: A619, towards Staveley then turn right at the traffic lights after the Healthy Living Centre and the ground is 0.2 miles on your right.

Public Transport:
Train: Chesterfield station, then
Bus: from Chesterfield town centre various – but the 77 (to Worksop) is probably the most direct and will drop you outside the Healthy Living Centre(Market Street Staveley) just a short walk to the ground
